Called and spoke with a rep who states they are able to notarized documents and as a US bank customer it would be free. Went in to have a paper notarized; following the tellers instructions I signed all the x's only for the teller to say he cannot notarize this document, and could not explain why nor what kind of notary could notarize it. Complete waste of time and my documents are no longer any good. Will never return to this location!
