I had a order to come at a certain time and it never showed up. So I went to the store. They said it was cancelled and never paid for even thou my email says it was paid for and had a confirmation number and showed it on my bank statement. Then while I was at the store the lady called me from my parking lot and said she has my order....what the hell........! So I had paid again for the same order and the guy lied right to my face. Horrible place.
I went in and no one at the counter to greet me. And when I was greeted it was " What you want?".
I ordered a cookie and two chocolate milks ( one for the go)! I was charged $9.60!
Great cookies! Even though the shop was very busy, we were still served in a timely manner. Would definitely go again!
The employees were very kind and helpful, however the cookies are very over priced. There's nothing really special to the place, just a shop that only sells cookies. However they were kind enough to help me and a group of people get around the town so besides content, they offer quality service.
I will never go back to this place again! No wonder you're slow all the time.
Warm cookies delivered until 3am is the best idea! Unfortunately I was super disappointed in them! Some friends and I stopped in around 10pm on a Saturday. There was a line, but it moved quickly. Everyone I was with ordered ice cream and cookies and seemed to enjoy it. I just got two cookies and they were so under baked they were just hot dough. They couldn't even maintain their shape!
