The girls at the appointment desk were rude, talking to one another they didn't even look at me or acknowledge me for several minutes.
Had my first visit this afternoon for a mani pedi, loved all the ladies that helped me and the rest of my party. Will return!
My first time going there I had no idea what to expect. I made an appointment for a hair color, cut, and blow dry. On the day of my appointment, I was greeted by Damaris she took me back and asked what I wanted so I said I wanted reddish blonde hair color and a trim. I instead got fire engine red and a botched haircut. Hair color on my clothes. My appointment was at 2:00pm and I left far after closing on a Sunday. I was basically kicked out because she was rushing and the girls at the front were standing there staring at me and having a conversation about how they wanted to go home. She talked so much and needed the help of other stylists because she had no idea how to proceed. She barely blow dried my hair, it was wet and I told her several times. She had to cut my hair in the front a few more times because it was so crooked. In all, it was still lopsided, my hair was wet, she was frustrated, the girls in the front angry at me for making them stay so long. When I checked out she asked how everything was and I said hideous, look at my crooked hair and the stains on my shirt and this awful hair color. She took my credit card and asked if I wanted to leave a tip? I'm like really??? She didn't answer swiped the card and asked me to sign. What wonderful service. I've never been back to that location except for a beauty product but I when saw them just standing around talking I left because no one greeted me, they just stared at me. Again, wonderful service!
This Beauty Brands is terrible! I have shopped there for several years but I received an uneven cut at the beginning of the summer (first and only time I'll get my hair cut there). I reviewed the bad cut on the website and my Beauty Brands account was deactivated! From now on, I'll be shopping at Ulta.
Then they were rude while they found my appointment.
The ok haircut did not make up for it and I probably would have given 3 stars for the job.
New to this city so I try this hair salon. The service is good but unfortunately she didn't cut my hair the way i want it. even after i showed the model for hair cut. Very dissapointed.
