We received outstanding service from the first minute Family Bicycles took our call and emails. Theresa gave the confidence and great techniques to my 11 year daughter in order to start balancing on a bike. Bruce fixed up our bike lickety split and they both hooked up a bike rack for us to get home safely. Prices were reasonable as well. Oh and Surly gives the shop some great charm!

I just bought a bike from Family Bicycles today, and it was a great experience. She took the time to answer any questions I had, helped me pick out accessories, helped me get the bike into my car, and made sure I knew how to take care of it. They are a small shop, so they don't have a huge inventory. But they can order what you need. I will definitely go back for tune-ups and to purchase more accessories.
