Horrible rude and disrespectful service. We felt like an inconvenience from the moment we walked through the door. While asking questions reguarding prices at the front desk, our intelegence was questioned when we were asked what 16 × 6 was. Because we were told something different when we had called earlier in the night. And then on to the bar when I made a slight turn to the right to talk to a friend I was rudely asked if I was going to PAY for my beer. We went out tonight to have a fun night celebrating my husband's birthday and I avoided the bar for the rest of the night due to the extreme rudeness. I will not return to this place and I will encourage many others to do the same. There are much nicer and friendlier bowling alleys to spend your Saturday night. My advice to Gladstone Bowl is to hire a younger friendlier staff that doesn't seem bothered by everybody that walks through their door or approaches their bar.
Great experience for kids of all ages. 1st time I bowled in years and we were there for a birthday party. Everyone had a lot of fun. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely go again, soon. Our group played 2 games and for 5 people with shoe rentals, it was about $11 each person.
