I haven't been to a church in over 2 yrs. But my girlfriend & I decided it was time to start going again. I absolutely love how welcoming all the members & staff were. Music was great! The Rock of KC is now our Home Church!
It's not a church it's a business. Went a few times and never got a 1 on 1 with the preacher on any one else. It's more like a cattle lot just keep the line moving so the next service can start
Great church! I was on travel in the area for several weeks and attended. Felt at home and if this church was in my area would attend regularly for sure.
Great music, great preaching. But were was the fellowship. Guy at door said hi. Went in and was not spoken to. I came in the service and was unable to find a place to set. I waited till the lights came up. Watched as others were Sat. They asked for visitors to raze their hands. As I stood there , I did. The usher looked right at me, but not unroll I was waving at him to get a connection card. He looked right at me and with out even a smile just walked away and put the cards back on the table. I even walked over to the table and picked up a card for my self. Still I was not greeted or talked to. So I returned to the back and stood there. After standing for 30 minutes with out even a hello I decided it would be best to leave. The security guard at the door did not even speak to me as I went to leave. No thank you. I am a husband and father looking out for the well being of my family's spiritual growth and support. I do not feel this was a good visit for us at all.
Not just a church, its our home. Wonderful people that come together to worship and learn about our lord. We are blessed to have a group of pastors that are truly gifted in what they do. Pastor Phillip O'Reilly knows how to bring to life the bibles teachings in a way anyone can understand fully. Great for any and all ages!!
