Didn't get to have an experience. Walked in with my grandson to purchase ties and scarfs for my husband. Not one person greeted me or offered to help me, even though I looked lost. I watched all 3 employees greet the people after me, offer to help the people next to me and around me. Racism at its finest. Thanks again Plaza J. Crew for NOTHING. 2:01 P.M. on Monday June 20th
I had the same experience that Mickey L had. I went in there on Mothers Day 2017. Not one person said anything to me. The lady that choose to not say anything greeted the woman that came in after me. This irritates me because I work in the plaza part time at Sur La Table and I make sure I greet everyone even if I'm with someone. Saying "Hi" goes a long way. I dont like to go places I'm not wanted. HUGE coaching opportunity.
Sad how rudely the staff behave. My suggestion, send them to Des Moines to be trained by that staff on how to be welcoming, friendly and helpful. Quality but pricey clothing. If you want to stay at The Plaza to shop, I strongly recommend you walk on down to the Banana Republic for kind service.

Always have what i am looking for; my only complaint is the missing tall sizes in store. I have to have all of my shirts shipped to the store.
