Terrible customer service! I went in last week to spend a gift card. I spent close to half an hour finding what I wanted. I get up to register only to be told that they couldn't process gift cards that day. They then pointed to tiny sign on counter that stated this.
Best place in Kansas City to get any Royals, chiefs and local college gear! Very good customer service, have never had a difficult time finding someone to help.

Great selection of merchandise, but total lack of customer service. The cashier’s attitude seemed like it was a torture for her to be there.....my oh my....if you hate it so much, find something to do...
Why wasn't that listed BIG on the door? Why didn't they offer something (i.e. coupon, free shipping online, etc. ) to help make it better? I emailed company that night regarding the terrible service. It's been over a week and I've heard nothing!
