James is one of the best people who work there I highly recommend him. We came 30 minutes before they were closing and he made sure we got what we wanted. I would definitely come back and shop from them.
After spending $4000 with the north face on Christmas gifts. The manager of this store would not give us our money back on a $200 hoodie. The North Face in Atlanta has treated us as value customers. We were shocked to not get the same treatment on the Country Club Plaza in Kansas City. Shame on you The North Face for not showing your customers who spent a lot of money with your brand a little more love than that!
The service at The Norf Face was pretty top notch. I was most impressed with Mike, his product knowledge and professionalism I don't think can be beat. He helped me find exactly what I needed, and if I can be pretty blunt.. Was easy on the eyes too!
