Didnt get helped when I walked in and then tricked me into getting a credit card with them. Said I could get a 20$ discount thinking it was like a Rewards Card like Sallys or Sephora ends up being a credit card. Shame taking advantage of young ladies. Never going back there again.
Everywhere I turn there's always a helpful smile, the service is incredibly friendly, clean and organized, and when I leave I always feel happy and satisfied!! definitely my favorite Victoria's Secret to shop at!
This store is neat and clean as are all the Victoria's Secrets I've been in but even when I first walked in it was a very different experience. I went in about an hour before closing and the staff was wonderful. Didn't rush at all and extremely helpful. Loved my experience here.
Went Xmas shopping for significant other, little awkward. Didn't know where to look for things and the two associates who just lounging in front of what I needed were just yaking away at each other. When they finally left, a motivated young lady helped me land the perfect gifts in about 2 min after 20 min of wandering around. Overall good experience. Little pricey, of course.
