I am beyond pleased with the service we received from A-Team Electric! My In-laws were having trouble with whole house light flickering. I called A-Team and spoke to Mathew who then promptly sent out two of his technicians. These young men were absolutely wonderful! Polite, kind, respectful & knowledgable. They assessed the problem quite quickly. It was an issue at the pole outside of the house which was then KCP&L's responsibility. Fortunately, David (from A-Team) spotted a KCPL truck on the next street over so we were able to flag them down and they came to look. David & Cody from A-Team stayed to verify that's where the problem was. Also replaced a switch in one of the bedrooms that was bad. So informative, helpful & reasonable cost. Explained what the problems were in terms that I could understand. It's not often I can find someone that I trust to have work done at my in-laws house but A-Team earned my trust, respect & gratitude today. Would definitely call them again and confidently refer them. THANK YOU A-TEAM ELECTRIC!
Phenomenal service! The owner responded immediately and preformed same day service, while other companies took days to call back. Matthew didn't try to oversell us on unnecessary work and his rates were far better than the competition. Should the need arise we will most definitely use this company again in the future.

We've used A Team Electrical Contractors for three projects recently. I'm very pleased with their work. They showed up on time and completed the projects they were asked to do. The team we had was Brian & Brandon. They were very respectful of our home and pleasant. We will certainly hire them when we need more electrical work! Highly recommend this company.
Just got off the phone with the owner, Matthew. I had some issues with a potential blown transformer and had concerns relating to a lingering electrical-type smell we had in the house. Matthew explained that he and his team were booked solid for the next 2 weeks, were overloaded with work and couldn't make it out to my house. He then proceeded to spend around a half hour on the phone with me listening to my concerns, asking questions, diagnosing the problem and mitigating my worries about additional damage to our house. Even when I tried to let him get off the phone and back to work, he pressed for more information in an attempt to point me in the right direction. And before he hung up, he requested I call him back and let him know how my situation plays out. It's extremely rare to experience this kind of amazing customer service, let alone in this day and age. He has obviously earned any/all of my future business and I hope this review will earn him yours.
