The service provides by Mr. Harvey and his staff was the greatest. From the time they picked up my grandmother's body from the hospital to the graveside dedication, his service was amazing. They made my grandmother look exactly the way she normally did. Wonderful hospitality and awesome down to earth people. A loving company. Your family will be in good hands.
The whole entire staff was wonderful they made my mom look vary pretty and it put our minds at ease when we saw her. All we could do was just look and say how good of a job they did. It made for my mom's final moment most precious..thank you Dewayne Harvey.
If I could give this funeral home negative 1000 stars I would. What kind of funeral home disrespects the MOTHER of a deceased child by lining up members of family ahead of HER and not just 1 person, we are talking about multiple people. As a matter of fact they did not even address the mother by name, disrespected the entire mother's side of the family as if we were non-existent. They provided no help whatsoever to people who were in wheelchairs, as a matter of fact we were provided help by teachers of a local school district who were also there in mourning. For those teachers thank you for your help, we greatly appreciated your help. And do I need to mention again that this was all for a child's service. These people have horrible service practices. For you to totally disregard a hurting mother just because someone else may have told you to, is beneath anything I have ever seen before. The fact that you did it too just lets us know that you guys are all about money and no morals. You always put the parents first in acknowledgements, but no not you guys. You put a great grandparent in front of his mothers name which by the way is his only living parent. You are a bunch of disrespectful people. To the people of Kansas City, Mo or KcKs, if you want to have members of your family or people who are coming to mourn with you disrespected in your time of sorrow then hey you found the right company right here because they will provide that and then some. If you want your family and friends to be treated with dignity and respect in a time of sorrow and for things to go properly then I suggest searching elsewhere.
