Great staff
We had them out to check our furnace before winter. The tech found buildup and offered to shop vac it for us. Something went wrong, and soot got everywhere. On the floor, walls, furniture, etc. While waiting for our new furnace to be installed a few days later, I contacted them and was told someone would be out to clean it. The install went great, and was again told someone would be out to clean the original mess. No one ever showed. I feel they should have left our house the way they entered it.
