Very rude employees. I walked in to exchange a necklace for a smaller size and nobody was willing to help me. Nobody was friendly - I will never go back.

Snoody. Wouldn't offer to help. I was about to drop several $K there but it took 20 minutes for them to even ask. When telling my friends about it, they both said they had the same issue.
They are cool people, I like them. Also the hot chocolate is apparently baller status.
