Never will i use this establishment again, i will hem my own ish before i return there

Wonderful, if the people that own or work here are rude to you it has to be your fault. I've been a customer for over 10 years and i absolutely love them and the service they provide. Its family owned and operated and if you have any problems the owner or his daughter are always very happy to accommodate. Maybe people should learn to check their attitudes and egos at the door. Running a business is very hard work.

This is the second time i used this cleaners for alterations (pant hems). The first time was great but that was over a year ago. This time i took 3 pair dress pants in for hem and the elderly gentleman was very rude and short with me. The next day i brought in 2 additional pair (jeans) to get hems. The same gentleman, when asked to measure my lengthhe didn't want to so I insisted he do so. He was very rude and rushing me. When i returned several days later to pick up the first set of pants they were messed up, the hems were very uneven (1 leg had about a 2 inch hem while the other had 1 inch hem), the hems were also very crooked...just pissed...
The woman at the front counter was absolutely rude. She did not greet me as I walked as I had to ask her for help. She acted as if I was I was inconveniencing her for picking up my clothes. She not once said a "hi" or "thank you." The customer service is absolutely terrible. I will not return to this cleaners.
