Happy for the Royals but NOT happy with the way this parade deal was all planned. Normally 30 min. to get to work turned into 2 hours. Now waiting until who know when it would be safe to leave work and get home at a reasonable time. Two of my co-workers left and came back. Not organized at all and to top it all off all the schools closed. Toddlers and children in strollers. I guarantee you when the Royals win next year I'm taking the day off. No, don't even tell me it will be better next year. I won't believe it. PLUS there are so many people downtown that the cell phone towers can not handle all of the activity. Not a pleasant day at all.
