Worst customer service ever, call, leave a message, and they don't call you back ever.....
Sitting behind glass doesn't mean you have a attitude with people coming in the door. Very disrespectful and rude. Guess I was white and asked for service.
The send out threatening letters. Their phone customer service is abysmal. And their website is geo-blocked. Who is in charge there?
I called today requesting information that I could hand out at our neighborhood block party. I was told they do not provide handouts; people are told to go to their web site.
Except on the web site it specifically says that staff will provide educational materials.
