They don't know Missouri laws...had what I needed told they still needed my birth certificate not my social security card...not true. Went elsewhere. Much better and more knowledgeable!
So this is much better than the others around me. (N. Oak and Liberty.) The most time I've spent in here was an hour and that was because I had to call Jeff City in the middle. I've never noticed a crowding problem and the wait times are really short compared to other offices. The staff is super nice and understanding. They make you feel like important people, not just numbers. Very happy with this location.
Once I had everything I needed to register my vehicle at no thanks to them, everything went smooth. The person that was helping me or lack there of, was very condensing and rude. I forgot one item in order to register my vehicle. Instead of giving me options on how to retrieve this item, he acted as if my ONLY option was to wait until the following week to retrieve the information I needed. In actuality, I could have gotten what I needed online all along. This information was withheld from me. When I finally returned to the DMV to register my car with the documentation I needed, no apology was given. The ONLY reason I didn't put his name in this review is because there was no name tags or any way to identify themselves. For that I will deduct another star, not cool!
BEST DMV office I have ever been to. MUCH better than the one in liberty which is one of 2 closest ones to me. Professional, helpful, full of info. and FAST. I got new registration and tags for my truck.. zip zip less than 20 minutes (I had to wait 5 minutes...) The other one.. I sat with my son for 4 hours... to be told there was a typo I had to go get it fixed and come back.....
This is the best place to handle any of your licensing needs. Employees are efficient and friendly and you are always in and out. They answer the phone when you call too!
