Dropping by on Thursday. ALL Latino music. $8-10 / drink. Lots of HORNY MEXICAN AND MIDDLE EASTERN DUDES ready to grind. Not so pleasant to my taste, personally. Maybe to someone else. Take it to consideration. Que Paso.........
May or may not have left a pissed off drunken review. This is my sober review. Been to Aura 5-6 times and had fun most of the times. Music is usually standard top 40s club style. Environment is off the charts bad ass. bar tenders sorta suck. I had a tab open and ordered a second round from a different bar tender and I was told that they do not share tabs. Maybe I'm wrong but literally every bar I have ever been to shares tabs. No way in hell am I going to open a tab then wait for the same bar tender every time.
Where should i start. The service was great with getting your drinks and making sure you had everything you need. But when it come to security. I will let ever staff go, I was in the restroom and I saw people popping pills and doing coke and I talk to the security guard and he said that's how I make my money. I had a friend from out of town "female" that was in the restroom that said that someone walked in on her while useing the restroom. While I was waiting outside and she identified him as a staff member that worked at aura. He said that the female restroom Had a Photo booth and It was in compliance, because it was in Vegas style. After talking to management and staff that worked at aura this policy, was not aware of by anyone.
Love going here, Love DJing here, Love helping this venue in anyway possible. They have the best production, lighting, video walls, chandelier, windows in the regional area & provide great bottle & bar service. I had my birthday party there a month ago and it was an unbelievable experience.
