N Oak couldnt fill my perscription tonight so the called the Liberty Sams to see if I could get it there, I could. They asked if the Liberty location would wait for me to get there before they closed, they said yes. I got to Liberty Sams Pharmacy right at 7pm...of course they are completely closed and locked up...which means they closed early & didnt wait for me to get there. Horrible customer service. The CSR even paged a pharmacist at 7:03 and nothing. I'll pick up this prescription in the morning and then cut my Sams card up and exclusively use Costco. What a joke.
