I called Scott on a Tuesday morning. He answered promptly and was at my house the same morning, even though it was not an emergency call. He made the needed repair and then, shockingly, he actually checked his work twice. What really impressed me was that he expressed concern over possibly marring the tiled bathroom floor, asking for a pad or a folded box. I have him coming back for more work that I had been deferring until I found the right plumber. Highest recommendation from this old, grouchy retiree.
