Thanks guys!!! The ICC team replaced our roof recently. Talk about Pros! They were extremely friendly, fast, and affordable. I would recommend Eric and his team to anyone. Make sure you give ICC a call before you get ripped off anywhere else!!
We bought a house over in Riss Lake in June 2016 and by July our roof was leaking. I was a little alarmed since the roof was put on in Late 2013/Early 2014 according to the HOA records. Thankfully the HOA was able to tell me who installed the roof and I contacted ICC Roofing company right away. After emails back and forth for almost 3 weeks with Eric Schlossenberg he finally was able to tell my husband that he did find our file and the roof was covered under warranty BUT it wasn’t covered under warranty for us since the warranty isn’t transferable to the next owners. While my husband had him on the phone he asked if it the leaking was by the skylight in our bathroom and explained to him that they had already been out before and had to redo that whole area. The current leak is on the other side of the house above attic space so this threw some red flags for us and made us think that this might be a bad roof job. He explained to my husband that he no longer works in residential roofing and only does commercial now and that he would give us his brothers number to see if he could come out and take a look. Since we would be paying out of our own pockets and we were not that thrilled with the quality of work/customer service we decided to go ahead and get some quotes from other companies. We were told by the first company that we not only have leaks but there are boards blocking vents and the ventilation of the roof was done wrong. This is going to cost us a lot out of pocket on a roof that is under 3 years old and this company is not backing it work. This really sucks since if this would have started leaking just 45 days sooner it would have been covered since we hadn’t officially bought the house yet!
thanks to icc roofing our house got a new roof at an affordable price from the moment I contacted them I knew they were right for the job. Our roof was put on about a year ago when I contacted Brian who came out to do the estimate. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and explained the process in a way that was easy to understand. The roof was put on while my wife and I were on vacation so I didn't get the opportunity to see them work first hand however our family who stayed behind said they were polite and kept a clean job site. while I was on vacation Brian kept me up to date on their progress via email and phone and was kind enough to send photos and explain the problems they encountered once the roof was tore off. upon our return there was no evidence of them being there except for the fact that we had a new roof. no nails or roofing debris was left behind. I contacted Brian once I returned and he came out and walked the roof with me to show me what was done and explain the venting and overall reasons why we wouldn't have to use our warranty now 1 year later our roof still looks amazing and aside from a siding crew who nailed through the shingles we have not had any problems with the roof. my wife and I are in the process of buying another house that may need a new roof and I would only ask for icc to be the ones to install it. and I would happily refer them to anyone in need of a new roof. thanks ICC for all of your hard work.
