I forgot to write a review until we started talking about our next cruise and I recalled how good these folks were. Moving forward, I will always go to these guys when planning our next cruise. I had no idea that travel agents were free and would always find the best deals. They even followed up just to make sure everything was in order before the cruise and then wanted feedback after the cruise to make sure everything went well. They found the absolute best deal and bent over backwards to meet our requirements and time frame.
I have used Cruise Connection several times over the years and have ALWAYS been pleased. Excellent service!! Excellent agents who really know the cruise business inside and out!! I found them "cold-turkey" several years ago and would never use anyone else!!!!!

On one cruise we had difficulty with an issue and they quickly came to our rescue and solved the problem with no difficulty. In addition to great pricing, they are known for their policy of lowering the price if the the cruise company lowers their price, even after we had purchased the cruise.
