They Sent my 1040 forms in a big envelope that wasn't even sealed!!!! You could tell they didn't tape or glue the envelope. It was all open. Everyone probably saw my social security number while in transit. Worse place ever!

I’m just trying to talk to a real person because this knock for Siri chick is getting on my last neeve. Give me my tax return I filed for it 8 MONTHS AGO and hire people to answer the damn phone!

Since you people won't answer your phones this is the only recourse I have. I want to file a complaint. You illegally took my entire return for no reason at all other than you didn't bother to read anything I sent in for the audit. I wonder how high up I'm gonna have to go, I'm not happy and I know y'all are in the wrong I've got every right to claim what I did, I want what's rightfully mine.
