Awful. The man at the front desk was awfully rude and my account is in collections because he was determined to not assist me. His reasoning was that I was not the owner of the account, but my husband put my name on the account several months ago. He was just nasty and rude. I wish I knew his name. He was very much so in the wrong profession and not customer oriented at all.
