I switched banks and came to Commerce. Darrick helped me start my accounts. The bank was very busy at the time but he made sure to take care of me and answer my questions. Thank you!
This is by far my favorite Commerce Bank branch. The staff is efficient and very nice and helpful with any questions.
Ive been with Commerce since I was 17. They're great if you want basic online banking, deposit, withdrawl, etc.
However if you have a problem and can't get to a physical location (like when you move away), the customer service over the phone is a pain to deal with and trying to transfer money from a different back is near non-existant when there is no physical bank nearby to go into. I got hung up on instead of put on hold on the phone 2 different times.
Used to be my favorite location. The new bank employees are incredibly slow now though.
