We had an early dinner for 11 in a private room. I ordered a filet medium. It came charred on the outside but medium on the inside which was acceptable. However, the steak came with about 2 cups of mashed potatoes filling up the rest of the plate. I had so looked forward to the steak as I do not often have one. I was really disappointed.
We had reservations for 11 and we were seated in the center of all the activity. Despite being very near to the wait staff station we didn't receive alot of attention. They offered to bring more bread and refill drinks because our food was taking so long, but never did. We waited over an hour for some of our food and at least another 15 minutes for them to figure out what everyone ordered and what was missing. The food was not very good and the wait staff seemed confused and not prepared for a large group despite us making the reservation days in advance. It was also so loud where they seated us that we couldn't even hear each other across the table. Several of us ordered seafood dishes and some ordered chicken; none were satisfied with their meal.
Thanks for the food poisoning Brio. Do not get the lasagna. Better yet just don't eat here. Beyond it literally making me sick, Brio is way over priced, has a bad atmosphere (no real italian restaurant would blast club music for dinner), and the menu wasn't appetizing. Wish I could give zero stars.
Area. We had crispy shrimp, margarita dip, and blackpepper shrimp. For drinks we had seasonal margarita, wild island, craft beer and another margarita.Thank you Brio well be loyal and always comeback.
My husband and I came here tonight for the first time.Collin the mgr was amazing and my bartender was Wes he is the best!!!! Hes a class act for a bertender, and fixed the best drinks. The food was hot and great with tons of flavor. We sat in the upstairs bar and lounge
Brio usually has good service and food but on our last visit for my birthday dinner we were harassed and treated terribly by the manager. We had our service dog with us and the manager kept giving us dirty looks until he finally came over and rudely told us to put the service animal on the floor (she is a tiny 5lb dog that was sitting on my lap). Another customer kept sitting behind us wanted to say hi to the dog and did not realize it would upset the manager who came back yelling that we needed to leave although we had just gotten our dinner and drinks. He forced us to leave yelling that he was calling security if we did not leave immediately so we were forced to pay $60 for our dinner/drinks that we were not able to eat or take with us. I used to really like Brio, we would go at least twice a week but I will not be back again. If the manager had a problem he could have at least treated us with respect rather than the rude comments and yelling.
Otherwise, the service was quite good and we liked the room.
