Went there on Sunday evening and ordered two double cheeseburgers with only mayonnaise. Got two double cheeseburgers made Regular. Call the store talk to the manager and they said they had me written down, so I came in today to get my two double cheeseburgers the way they were supposed to be made. And the manager refused to admit that I had ever called. Never going to the store again can't get what you ordered and they won't fix it.
Ordered a sausage mcgriddle and a double cheeseburger at around 730pm. The bread for the mcgriddle was so hard, I couldn't chew threw it and the egg was watery. Only reason for 2 stars is bc the cheeseburger was hot and although the mcgriddle was hard, my order was still correct.
Charged me for the 2 sausage burrito meal and only got one burrito now They wont answer the phone to tell them about it! Normally this McDonalds is good I wont eat at any other
My food was cold and they gave me a Dr. Pepper that I couldn't handle drinking. I was on my way to work so I was unable to return the meal Just lost out on money that day and had to deal with upset stomach due to hunger is all. Hopefully this doesn't happen to someone else.
First time eating here and I am not going back. Ordered burgers and fries and the food definitely was not fresh. Fries were soggy and the burgers were stale. Seems like they cooked the meat twice as it was stale and charred. Paid over $20 for the food and couldn't even finish it, it was that bad. Next time I will just go to Five Guys and pay a little more, but at least I can get some fresh food.
