We were greeted by Ed and he was amazing! He was focused and understood our needs and made everything a short and perfect transition from one vehicle to another. Stateline you have a top notch employee in Ed and Nissan motor company needs more people like him. You have a great product, but it’s people like him who makes the whole experience well rounded and perfect.
Floyd was absolutely fantastic to work with. He genuinely catered to all of my needs and concerns about my car purchase. When he had to take care of needed paperwork about my purchase, he would check in on me to let me know that I was not forgotten about. They have an excellent Friends and Family portfolio (Military, Police, Fire, Medical Professionals, etc. and more). The staff is friendly and thorough. These guys are awesome! They are honest and their prices are VERY reasonable. We had our Nissan Rogue towed to them from another 'shop' that had it for 3 weeks and were clueless. State Line Nissan had it diagnosed and the part ordered within 24 hours. Our service manager, Michael, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We will definitely be return customers!
