I have called 3 times to get something repaired on my parents grave. No one has followed up and as far as I know the repairs are still not complete. The last time I spoke with someone was over a month ago and they were supposed to put in a work order and let me know when it was completed. I haven't heard a thing. Poor customer service.
Our consultation with Rose was unbelievable. She is very rough around the edges and unprofessional, not to mention insensitive. I have also called to follow up on some things and it has been difficult to get a return call. I'm sure there are other employees that would be a better fit for working in the front office with family members of the deceased. Either that or she needs some professional training on dealing with sensitive issues like burials.
