The person( I believe the manager ) was very helpful when we asked about an item. She looked it up on the computer and ordered it for us. Excellent.
It's ok for girls. Lots of neat stuff and the staff very friendly but not really a guy store.
The staff can be hit or miss. The store is clean and the options are really good. I think the products are overpriced, but if you're looking for something specific, they will always have it.
Don't make the mistake of going in there without a shopping cart. Even if you think you can carry it or it's not that heavy, you're wrong. Plus you'll fine at least five other things there that you want.
I was totally out of my comfort zone. I have NEVER shopped at BB&B. My wife was in need of an item from BB&B so I went in and told the clerk the odds of finding me in a BB&B was as likely as finding Queen Elizabeth at a Home Depot. The staff was very, very helpful.
