Love Costco and so so happy one opened up near me. Always great staff and have been impressed with how small the lines have been so far since opening. Keep it up Costco!
Love Costco. Selection is amazing. Quality is solid. Was a little disappointed in how they handled an error in payment. They credited me 100.00 I did it pay so I went back in to let them know. Took three days before they contacted me. The return number didn’t work for several days. I verified the number and clicked call back. Finally got through and sent my husband up there to pay the money. Took them more then 30 minutes. It should not be this difficult to do the right thing or they should’ve offered some type of accommodation. However, this instance aside, our experience at Costco has been positive.
I was so excited to visit Costco after hearing so much about it over the years. I went in hoping it would be a mind blowing experience. It was not. This location is a cavernous open space with not enough inventory to fill it. I felt like I was at a giant swap meet. Full disclosure, I had a Sam’s Club from where I lived before moving here and was considering switching memberships because of all I had heard. Well clearly those people have never visited a Sam’s Club. Costco has no Scan and Go app. You have to stand in line, who even does that anymore?! I can just scan my items on my phone at Sam’s and walk out of the door. The Membership is $20 higher at Costco for a far less inferior selection of inventory. There were no Children’s play structures, there was maybe 2 pieces of small furniture. The Food court was the worst part. It looked extremely cheap and scary. If they had fresh sushi and salads, I couldn’t tell. I was just blown away at the lack of effort put into the design of the place. My suggestion is for people to check out Sam’s Club.
easy to work with, exchanges or returns made easy. staff willing to help or assist with questions. be prepared to drop down cash, cant get out for less than $100 but most trips are $500 or more
This was the first time shopping at this new location and it's very nice. However there is not as much stuff as the ones South south of the river have. The food court is set up deffirently than I've seen in that it's directly across from the check out lines. Seems like it would cause a lot of traffic during just times. Overall it's still a great place to shop or spend the day
