Say no to things without giving reasons or looking up the price id the items being sold.
These people are absolute assholes. Called about a guitar and said they would look at it when I brought it in just to go there and have them tell me they have "to many guitars". These people will lie to you and probably try to rip you off too. Please try to go to a better shop if possible.
These ppl were very nice and helpful, I would use them again
I went up here to sell a ring that I know is worth approximately $400 and I asked for $350 and he said "I don't want to offended you but they sell these for more than they are worth." Then my boyfriend walked in with gulf clubs and they said they don't buy them even though 2 were sitting in there. I believe that they were rude, dismissive, and didn't really take the time to provide a good customer experience.
Called ahead to see if they were currently buying guitars, they said yes we are. Go in with a guitar worth $700 just to be told, "we have too many guitars, I'll pass"
