i worked with jason carleton and every time speaking with him was great was always welcomed to talk and get advise, i talked to him for over a year and he always returned my calls and was willing to help anyway he could without me committing to anything. When i finally made up my mind which way i wanted to go the process was smooth easy and closed my loan very quickly. i would recommend megastar to anyone wanting to buy or refinance a loan.

My previous lender wasn't interested in listening to what my goals were with refinancing my mortgage. They were more focused on reeling me in with a low interest rate (which wasn't any lower than what MegaStar was able to get me) but adding a ton in closing costs to the end of the loan, which is not what I wanted. I went with MegaStar because from day one they made sure my goals were a priority. In fact, I think they went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted! They were always available! Jason usually answered, but if he didn't I never waited more than a couple hours for a call back. Very friendly atmosphere and a convenient eSign system so I wasn't constantly having to go to the office. MegaStar was overall great to work with and I'm so happy I chose them to refinance my mortgage!
