Love the store. Hate the checkout lines...or line. More self checkouts than help checkouts. Still very friendly and the gal at the doors great.
Stopped at the N Oak location to pick up a prescription. They couldnt fill it (really great service though) so they called Liberty Sams to let them know I was headed there to pick it up. Got to the Liberty, Mo Sams Pharmacy at 7pm...already closed eventhough the sister store called to let them know I was on my way!!!?? Jackasses. Cutting up my Sams card & going to Costco. Heaven forbid they wait 3 extra minutes. Pathetic customer service.
Best auto service ever! My elderly parents were stranded with a damaged tire purchased from Sams with road hazard coverage. The auto department manager came to the rescue to change the tire and process the road hazard for complete replacement all in a few hours. He worked over his lunch break to get the car back in running order safely! Thank you! Dependable full service!
It's okay but needs improvements, and is only 1/3 the size than THE one in Independence off of 291 and I- 70.
Decent Sam's Club. You'll know what you're getting here. We had some issues though, some items in specific were in odd locations. We we're looking for a certain type of hamburger buns and we had to go across the store to a centerpiece where they had a special, opposite side of the store from the bread section. They didn't have a home anywhere near there. Similar situation with cheese. I don't understand those decisions...
