The sausage is finely ground but not too fine the flavor is like the " old country"
Mendolia Italian sausage is one of the best in town, I/ we have tons of children and the only sausage my kids will eat is Mendolia Italian sausage. We have tryed others and the don't compare to Mendolia's they have just the right spices and heat, don't just take my word you need to try it for your self.
