Incredibly helpful and friendly staff
Save yourself a load of trouble and find another provider of whatever you were going to buy from this place. My mother-in-law purchased a mobility device from the previous incarnation of this business, Able Care, in 2012. It was destroyed in a car accident in May of 2016. She had become almost completely dependent on the device for her transportation. The at-fault driver’s insurance demanded proof of purchase in order to cover the device. Able Care’s employees did their best “Aww, shucks lady. We can’t provide you with this measly piece of paper. Care to buy another one?”. As of the time of this review, we have been unable to replace my mother-in-law’s mobility device for the want of proof of purchase. There was another significant negative experience that I was going to elaborate, but this establishment has wasted enough of my time.

I had a unique situation with worn tread on my electric wheelchair. The young man behind the desk was so kind and very generous with his time and wheel knowledge. My scooter has traction again and I have my life back. THIS is where we ALL should shop and do business!
This is the only place I'll ever go for supplies. We have used them repeatedly over the past few years for my Dad. They are always professional, reliable and very knowledgeable about the products. Recently I had a list of several items that were recommended by different doctors. The salesperson was so helpful in identifying exactly what we needed in the correct sizes. They saved us a lot of money and aggravation of multiple trips. It was obvious that they know their business.
