Every time I shop for jewelry Vinca is my first stop and ultimately the last. Tu is exceptional in her knowledge of gems. I brought a picture from a very pricey upscale competitor's catalog and asked her if she could copy it. She was excited for the opportunity to do that and asked for my approval with every selection for the final necklace. The staff there is friendly and remembers the names of customers, even those who are not frequent buyers (I witnessed this as I worked on the design for my project). You can browse in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere without any high power pressure to make a purchase - though I usually do.
Vinca repairs are reasonable and well done. Antique pieces are handled carefully and without damage. Vinca can do it all.
