Amazing experience. Intune individuals who have a real dedication to their craft. I've seen cheap imitations of their work which doesn't compare at all. Worth every cent, will return again.

This review is for Vulcan' forge jewelry repair. I'm new to the area and was looking for a good jeweler to repair my jewelry and keep it nice. I brought in a 14k gold woven bracelet that needed a solder. I was charged $63 and paid at drop off. The first time it was picked up, I could see the solders were not good. I told them and they said I could come back in a couple days. The 2nd pick up my husband did. It did look a little better but it still wasn't to my standards in the same spot. Within wearing it for 2 hours it broke in the spot that was weak. My husband took it back in, to which they said they wouldn't fix and that it was a new break. When I dropped it off, I paid for the whole bracelet to be repaired not just one spot. I then took the bracelet to my former jeweler who said it was beyond repair, which Vulcan's Forge also stated. When I called to ask for a refund or partial refund they said no. So my question is, why are they accepting repairs for something that's unrepairable? Out $63 bucks but wanted to warn everyone. Very sad to write this review as I've bought many pieces from them but now they've lost a good customer.
Money VERY well spent. Love love love this place. Hubs bought my custom engagement ring here and our wedding set. They are FANTASTIC. I've never felt the snooty 'you don't have enough money' attitude from them. They helped us put together the perfect set of rings for us and they helped us do it for UNDER BUDGET. We've gone back for ring cleanings and other jewelry items; the experience is always the same..... WONDERFUL. Skip those big jewelry stores where you pay for the name and feel like your budget is never big enough to suit them. Go here, support a small business and get the exact experience and jewelry you want.
