Consistently overcharged by the machines in my complex - card only machines.
These guys run the machines at The Falls apartments in Mission, KS. They went from coin op, to card ONLY. The card readers are constantly going down, the machines do a horrible job. The card reader system constantly tells me my card has been declined, despite there being plenty of money on the card. If they had any sort of interest in actually serving customers, the machines would be coin OR card, not card only. The website for the machines is horrible, and there is no way to contact the webmaster with complaints or suggestions. Overall I feel like they don't give a crap about their customers. Hopefully this review will get someone's attention. They need to improve. If you own an apartment complex I would highly recommend using ANY other laundry machine service.
We have washers/dryers in our apartment complex that only take debit cards. I am consistently overcharged.
It is too bad i cant give less than 1 star. This Company is terrible. As a property Manager i feel like they do not care about my property. when i have machines that break down and my tenants contact the company to repair them they take weeks to even come and look at the machine and even longer to fix them. recently the machines have not been emptied of coins and the machines have been giving an error message before my tenants can put in the proper coins. on top of that. when i have called my account rep Chris Bowling he doesn't seem to care. i had asked for copies of my contract and that took him a few times of me asking before he even gave it to me (he had to ask for my email because he didn't have it on file) and on top of that he, like the company attitude seems to be, Just doesn't care. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE NOT WORTH YOUR TIME
They came in, set up my washer and dryer that I had no problems with, you can pay monthly fee by auto pay, they work with you as long as you stay contacted with them. used the service until I moved and then came and picked up the washer and dryer when I moved out. Monthly is much better then loading your laundry in your car to use a public laundry facility.
