Had they even offered some discount on future services, I would not be writing such a poor review but I’m not sure what else to do. I would have much rather left a peas size, dark spot on it than now have a half-dollar-shaped discolored mark in the middle of it. I will no longer bring my business here.
Hard to pickup and drop off with this company due to them not opening until 10a and closing at 630p. Apparently those hours posted on the door are more of a guideline. Went by tonight to pickup my clothes and they were closed at 620p. Will find another dry cleaner.
Do not take anything of value here! They ruined a brand new blouse and refused to provide any kind of compensation. I pointed out a spot from butter sauce and explained what it was when dropping off. It was still there when picked up. They offered to re-do it.
I had numerous items tailored, after weight loss. Happy with results and service.
When I got the kelly green blouse back the 2nd time, there was a lighter, larger spot (directly under the v-neck) where the fabric had been discolored. The owner refused to take any responsibility. I showed her the receipt for the new blouse, and asked if she would reimburse me. She said it was my fault. I asked if she could at least compensate me for half the cost of the ruined shirt and she would not.
The owner here is always very friendly. I've gotten multiple shirts tailored here and regularly get dry cleaning done, and they always do a great job!
