We give it 5 stars! Everything went smoothly,all of the folks we dealt with were great people, the refinished floor looks perfect, and the price was better than the others we'd had bids from. We have now used Weber/Joe's Flooring for new kitchen tile, new family room carpet, and wood floor refinishing. Their prices are great, the workers are reliable and courteous, the office staff is very responsive, and the quality is so good.
The end result of Weber Flrg materials and installing was great. The sales consultant Michael and estimator, Kirk were responsive, courteous, helpful. The product (Mannington Vinyl flrg) was great and the price reasonable...however, the first installer they sent did a horrible job in 2 of the 3 rooms and arrived without everything he needed to finish. The company responded quickly to my complaints, bringing a second team of installers who did a quick and expert job. Everything had to be torn up and redone. I would say - use Weber Flooring for materials but can only recommend Jesus and Roberto as installers.

George the salesman was awesome at helping us find what would work in our space and budget. The installers we're wonderful, fast, and pleasant. We have used this place twice for flooring and will be using them again! We went through Costco to get the added bonus of a Costco cash card at the completion of the project.
Athena was a wonderful salesperson. She walked around the whole warehouse until I found the exact carpet I wanted. She kept in constant contact and let me know exactly when the carpet was ordered and when it would be installed. The installers were very professional and quick, going out of their way to help me move furniture and take up the old carpet. I will definitely do business with Weber in the future!!!
