The person who answered the phone was rude. He is in need of customer service training. He as much as stated he did not have time for me as he had a line of customers in front of him and proceeded to hang up on me. This business is in need of more personnel with the proper customer service training.
The guy saved me money by just replacing the rubber part of my Fob instead of charging me full price for a new one.

I had a bad experience with this company. It's taking them whole week to get back to me and I am still waiting. They were supposed to change out the locks for the entire house but they didn't do the backdoor. Why? I have no idea. I am waiting to see if I got charged extra. Terrible customer service! Don't use them.
