Nate is the best person ever! We called McGuire around eleven because we lost our key last week and needed a new one made for our car, and were told that Nate would be there in a couple hours. It's almost two so we call again and they said Nate could still be coming. Now it's 4pm and call again and they said that he'll still be out here. It's now 7pm and Nate decided to not show up AND doesn't work after hours so he never will.
Firstly, every time I walk in I end up laughing hard at these guys because they are quite simply funny people(who are also really nice) which is also wonderful to do business with. The most important piece is the quality of work. They have MADE my year with the ability to craft two keys for my Prius to unlock the car which I have been manually doing for three years now. My winters and rainy days are forever changed AND it was not at a major cost! Thanks guys!

Nate should be fired immediately for his disrespectful attitude and lack of communication. What if we were stranded somewhere and needed to have our car unlocked? I know I'm not going to call McGuire for anything in the future. One bad apple ruins the whole bushel.
