This is a pleasant park with a great view to the east and north bottoms of KC. A little bit marred by the homeless and their leavings but not too bad.
Beautiful view from top of hill overlooking river and bridge. Plenty of parking, walking trail, sitting wall.
It's a cool hang out but sometimes it's closed when it suppose 2 be open and nothing is going on.
It use to be a cool place to go not anymore to many homeless and drug addict in the area, it seems dangerous.
It's normally a great place to drive and sit while watching a sunset. It closes around dark so be prepared to leave when asked. I go there specifically for sunset pictures so that's my only experience.
