Cliff Drive has minimal traffic and is completely closed to cars on Sundays. It's nice and shaded for summer bike rides or walks. There are mountain biking trails and spaces for rock climbing as well and great views to the north.
KC's hidden jewel. Biking, hiking, climbing wall, great views, 5 minutes from downtown.
It's a real hidden gem, a fun place to take your dogs/kids and just walk around. I'm also not bothered by the fact that homeless/poor people exist, which helps. People being poor does not equal sketchy area :)
I love the mountain biking here, awesome dirt jump lines and great scenery. Can be a bit sketchy so I'd recommend you go with 1 or 2 other people
