Nothing out of the ordinary. Always took care of my 2012 Kenworth T660 that was mechanically sound and near perfect when I returned the truck towards the end of my lease. It needed a few things such as tires, oil change, and couple of other small repairs.
A few good dispatchers is the only thing I have nice to say at the moment. For a company that seems to care about family and life outside of work, they turn a cheek when you walk away.
ACT is the exact reason I walked away from the greedy business. I was the perfect driver with two handfuls of CLEAN D.O.T. inspections and safe driving awards. I make more money making less and that's just the everyday norm of modern day trucking.

Thanks ACT. I hope you enjoy the money you have basically stolen from my maintenance account. Thanks for all the unpaid miles because your mileage was based on routes NOT designed for trucks. Their routing based upon paid miles is a joke. I'm experienced and knew the shortcuts. Even so, it was still an unbalanced system. There's a whole lot of working for free. Typical with any mainstream trucking company. They're growing and need every penny for the new building they're erecting next door. Glad I could help.

It's not about what you know, it's who you know. This isn't the first time ACT has drained a driver's maintenance account after they terminated their lease. The funny thing is I have video with a signed form verifying the truck's condition when I quit. It won't mean much because the company has their fancy lawyers including the one that recently stepped down from being the CEO.
ACT has yet to give me my last paycheck of over $1,000. It's a different story everytime I call. I have yet to receive any detailed information on the supposed major repairs the truck needed. No pictures, no proof of repairs. Same old scam just like any other name brand trucking company. I had over 5k in my maintenance account plus my final paycheck. I won't be surprised if they take every penny.
INWARD facing cameras and hair follicle drug screening. A truly paranoid company that already proves they don't believe in our professionalism to do the job the right way.
