All- Do not use this company! These reviews are obviously written by the owner of the company, Andy Northpoint. I feel compelled to let people know that this company will make an agreement and later use inferior materials, contracting another group that he doesn’t even know to do work on your home or business. If you don’t believe me, do a Better Business Bureau check on them. Please do not be fooled by the exceptionally deceptive website he has.
We had them come out for a new roof, siding and a fence. it was a big project. Their people are nice and Andy seemed to be very concerned about us and our happiness over the whole job. He seemed like he wanted to take care of us. They did a great job, we still have people slowing down in front of our house to look. He helped us pick out the perfect colors and they did some custom work in the front that looks really great. we recommend using them. Their prices were very reasonable compared to the other companies we got estimates from.
UPDATE: I called the supplier and Andy has not even ordered the doors and windows. Interesting as he said they were all in except one. (But it only takes 2 weeks - not 3 months to get them.) He has lied to me big time. Living off my money and trying to scam me. AVOID North Point Exteriors and Andy if you want a good job and actually expect to get your windows and doors.
Northpoint stopped by my house to offer a free inspection of my roof. They discovered I had hail damage to some of the shingles on my roof. I called my insurance company and northpoint helped me work with them to get new shingles put on for only my deductible! The project supervisor did a great job, and the crew was fast, on time and very professional. Several of my neighbors and friends have commented how nice my house looks now. HIGHLY recommend calling them for any roofing needs.
I have been waiting for my windows and doors to be installed for going on 3 months. Andy sure cashed my check quick, but seems slow to return phone calls or finish the job.
