We had a fantastic experience with Premier. Our rep Sam was careful to explain every step of the process, including reading to us the contract before we signed anything. To be sure we understood and didn't have any concerns. They dealt with the entire insurance side of things, and it was such a smooth process. The roof looks phenomenal and adds so much value to our home.
Good experience overall. Crew was friendly, did quality work, and cleaned up the area well. A liability issue was resolved quickly when a roofer brought his 4-6 year old to the work site. Communication issues abounded, especially between insurance company and Premier but also with production and scheduling the job. We had to be a liaison between the insurance adjuster, the roofing company billing office, and the company representative to get Premier paid. The whole process took longer and included more interventions on the home-owner side than we expected.
