John and his team just finished our new roof. They came when they said they would, it was finished in the time frame they said is would be and they charged what they said they would. I don't know what else you could ask...oh yeah, they cleaned up their mess too. John also said to call if we had ANY issues and they would come right back. GREAT JOB to John and crew, we love our new roof
John was very nice and quick to respond to issues. The crew however, did not meet my expectations. My plants were crushed, a downspout was broke and nails were left all over the place. Several patches of grass were killed too. They also left the dumpster overnight, forcing me to park at the very end of my driveway. John came out a week after the roof was done to clean up the nails, which I had already taken care of. I was compensated for the plant damage. I now have water damage to a ceiling and wall, due to the crew messing with a window ac unit. They used it to set things on while roofing and apparently tilted it inward so the condensation leaked in between the wall. I have used this window ac for 4 summers and have never had an issue with it leaking inside the house.
